About Apostle John E.Sagoe

As the founder and Apostle of New International Church Movement (NIC) with its headquarters in Biel, Switzerland, Apostle Dr. John E. Sagoe is the apostolic overseer of NIC branches in the US, West Africa and Switzerland.

He is a man who is known for a sacrificial lifestyle, a rare exemplary of effective prayers, sanctification and true dedication to the assignment of God.

Entrepreneurs, celebrities and politicians up to presidents and royalty in different continents of the earth have received Apostle Dr. John in their offices to receive advice, direction and blessings. Presidents came into power as he prophesied it. With his prophetic mandate to the nations, he was and is again and again gathering numerous pastors and leaders for prayer because he believes that God reveals to redeem.

In June 2023 he hosted a mega crusade in a stadium in the city of Biel, Switzerland. In 2006, Apostle John earned a Doctor of Divinity degree from Bethel Christian University in Detroit, Michigan, and began to gain recognition for his contributions to religious and civic life in Switzerland. He was notably invited by the cantonal police in Bern to address
issues concerning immigrant integration, where his insights into community building were highly valued.

As a philanthropist Apostle Dr. John has also engaged in humanitarian work through the establishment of Safe Haven, a non-profit organization focused on supporting street children and disadvantaged communities.
In Accra, Ghana, he founded a children’s home and built a school, with ongoing efforts to expand educational opportunities in rural areas.

Apostle Dr. John’s apostolic and teaching ministry of more than 20 years has been a tremendous blessing to the lives of many individuals around the world, leading them through deliverance into their God-given assignment. In addition to his community outreach, John is a published author, having written several books, including First Fruit – Putting First Things First, 31 Keys of Successful Living, and Encounter Your Soul and his latest book Rediscovering the Power of the Altar available in multiple languages. His writings reflect his broad range of expertise, from spiritual guidance to personal development and leadership.

Today, Apostle Dr. John is a Swiss citizen and continues to lead NIC Global alongside his wife, Pastor Sandra Sagoe in the Swiss city of Biel. Together, they are parents to five children.

Welcome to “Rediscovering the Power of the Altar.” In 2003, our ministry embarked on a transformative journey in the enchanting city of Biel, Switzerland. It was a time when the veil between the spiritual and physical realms seemed particularly thin, revealing a landscape dotted with altars that bore witness to the struggles and challenges faced by the people of the city. As we immersed ourselves in prayer and reflection, it became increasingly clear that these altars held a powerful sway over the lives of the community, often serving as conduits for negative energies and influences.
The Lord’s call to action was unmistakable: we were to stand against this tide of darkness by organizing a 31-day chain prayer in October 2006.

With hearts open and spirits willing, we heeded this divine directive and embarked on a journey of spiritual warfare and intercession unlike any we had experienced before. Each day of that sacred month was marked by fervent prayer, unwavering faith, and a deep sense of purpose as we sought to dismantle the strongholds established by these malevolent altars. Through our obedience and dedication, we witnessed miraculous transformations unfold before our eyes. Lives were touched, hearts were healed, and the very fabric of the city seemed to shimmer with newfound light and hope.
The power of prayer, united in purpose and fueled by faith, proved to be a formidable force against even the darkest of adversaries.
